COVID-19 safety and hygiene protocol for the well-being of our guests

Casa Abracadabra thanks its clients for the trust they have placed in taking them with the maximum safety and hygiene guarantees after the Covid-19 pandemic.

We have gathered in a single document the main actions that we carry out at Casa Abracadabra:
Temperature control for all clients who access the hotel, as well as for all our employees.
All staff wear masks and appropriate protective equipment that is changed frequently.
All contact points in common spaces such as doorknobs, furniture, handrails, etc… are continuously cleaned and disinfected throughout the day. These practices are also implemented in the rooms at the time of daily service. Similarly, the rooms are fully disinfected after each guest’s departure.
Hydro-alcoholic gel dispensers are available in common areas such as entrances, lounges and on the terrace.
Our restaurant has been redesigned to respect the rules of distance between customers.
Our kitchen and restaurant service team apply strict hand cleaning and disinfection protocols before each service and any contact with food.

Any equipment or material received is disinfected before being admitted to Casa Abracadabra.

The vehicles we use for our transfers are disinfected after each use, as is the luggage before entering Casa Abracadabra.

We also thank you for strictly respecting the sanitary and social distancing procedures indicated by our employees for the good of all.

In the event that one of our clients or employees presents symptoms, we will immediately provide the appropriate assistance.

In order to guarantee that these protocols are respected at all times, Casa Abracadabra has a hygiene manager to control these procedures on a daily basis.
